Eksplore is founded and led by Maryne Lemvik.
Eksplore reflects a deliberate shift: from executive roles to board-level and ownership contribution where experience, perspective and constructive challenge can support better decisions in situations marked by complexity and uncertainty.
Strategic experience, grounded in industrial reality
Maryne brings more than three decades of international industrial leadership, spanning strategy, operations, transformation, and execution.
Educated as a process engineer, she has spent most of her career in global industrial companies — including 23 years in a listed multinational group and 10 years as CEO of a privately owned international company — with extensive experience in executive roles carrying full P&L responsibility across international operations.
Across these roles, she has worked closely with owners and boards, carrying full accountability for strategic direction, performance, and long-term value creation — not as an advisor, but as an executive with direct responsibility.
Now — and beyond
Eksplore is a personal platform shaped by lived experience, created to carry responsibility, perspective and long-term thinking into new contexts.
Over time, it will expand to include complementary profiles — while remaining anchored in personal responsibility, integrity and a long-term perspective.
